Breathwork

Before the session. After a loss. When the screen has had you too long. The breath is always available. Use what resonates.

01 Breath Counts

Inhale for 1 second, exhale for 1 second. Then inhale for 2 seconds, exhale for 2 seconds. The circle and counter guide each second. Build at your own pace — no destination, just presence.

02 Count Breath Cycles

Inhale. Exhale. That is one. Inhale. Exhale. That is two. Count each full cycle. If your mind wanders and you lose count — start over at one without judgment. See how far you can go.
